Increase milk supply?

My son is thirteen days old now and I breastfeed on demand. However, Im pumping one ounce per breast now. I dont know why Im so low (maybe stress though, who knows). What are you guys taking or doing to keep your supply up?

Your pump output has no relevance to how much your baby can consume. Your baby is much more effective at expressing milk than a pump. & if you're breastfeeding on demand your pump output is considered normal when it's between half an ounce to two ounces. It generally takes multiple times at the pump to get *one* feeding for your baby when you nurse on demand.

That's not low. My son is 10 weeks and strictly EBF and I barely get a 1/2 oz total if I try to pump. You make exactly what baby needs. And a pump won't empty as much milk as baby can.
