What does if feel like before your water breaks?

I've been having this weird pain super low. It feels like pressure and like I'm either going to pee or what I assume it feels like before someone's water breaks. I have it with an empty and full bladder. It hurts! What could it be?

I've been having that pain for weeks! My water bag must be made of leather, lol.

Baby is putting pressure on all the stuff down there. It could break your water soon. If that's the goal, walk, do some squats and use an exercise ball.

I had no before sign when my water broke with my son. I was uncomfortable as usual at 38 weeks and got up for 1 of the nightly potty trips and when I wiped more water just kept trickling lol

It could be what some people call lightening crotch which is normal. Just means your baby could be preparing itself for labor. This can happen for several weeks  Your water  breaking before you go to the hospital
Does happen but It's not that common which surprises most people.

My water has broken twice and there isn't any signs that lead up to it breaking, it just breaks.
