Christianity? Edited

Let me preface this by saying that I mean no harm to Christians, nor am I insulting the religion of Christianity. This is just something that has bothered me for a while.
Isn't it a bit.. eh.. narcissistic, that Christians simply call their God.. God? Technically, when you say that, you could be talking about any God, right? The Christians God has a name, it's Yahweh.
Buddhists worship Buddha.
Muslims worship Allah.
Pagans have multiple Gods/Goddessess to worship. Odin, Freya, Thor, etc.
From what I'm aware of, every religion has a God(s)/Goddess(es) that they call by a specific name, except for Christianity. Correct me if I'm wrong, or tell me if there's a reasoning behind this... But, in my opinion, when they simply refer to their God as "God" it makes it sound like they're saying that that's the only God that can exist, and that there isn't another God, etc etc. Now, again, correct me if I'm wrong... But I just don't understand why.
Edit: I've also heard a lot of Christians use God and Jesus interchangeably, or say that Jesus Christ is their God, but they aren't the same person. So, could someone explain that one to me as well?
Another edit: this isn't a complaint about Christianity, although I already said that before I even said anything. This is just me asking a question.
