Advice-does this mean he doesn't care?

He ended our 6 year relationship at the beginning of May. Just saw on his Amazon account that he was looking at buying condoms. Yes I know single men will have sex but my question is if he is going out and having sex with random women does this mean he doesn't care about our break up or the last 6 years? He ended things because of an abortion (he supported) 5 years ago and he just couldn't get past it. It was eating him up inside. We were also ttc for a while with no luck so I think that had something to do with it

I should also add that buying condoms doesn't mean he's having sex, and it definitely does not mean he's having sex with "random" women. He could be seeing someone?

You can't let what he's doing now dictate your past relationship. Because he's having sex with someone else now doesn't mean he didn't care. Perhaps the abortion was something that he couldn't get over (even supported) and trying to conceive wasn't working so he felt it never would. Having ended a 6 year relationship last fall myself and started dating my now fiancé about 3 weeks later... You never know what the other person was thinking. And you never will. I felt betrayed for a very long time and didn't get the courage to end it until 6 years.

I don't believe he ended things over an abortion. If he really loved you and wanted to be with you he could have moved on from it. I mean six years later he decides its a problem now and wanted to break up....

I've seen you post before. If I remember correctly you became pregnant shortly after being in this new relationship and you BOTH decided to terminate the pregnancy. Your relationship just happened to last longer and then you became engaged. During the relationship there were constant battles over the abortion (both internal and external) and he called off things because he said he couldn't get past the fact that you both decided to have the abortion, that it constantly ate at him. I honestly don't think that's the case (as it's going to eat at him regardless) and he just figured out that the relationship you two had wasn't for him. Please, excuse my directness here but...Stop obsessing. Stop cyber stalking. He has moved on. Deal with your losses and focus on YOU. He's gone and you're still putting him first. Yes, an abortion is hard, yes ending a 6 year relationship with engagement is hard, but it's life. It's the choices and decisions you and him made. You either accept it and deal, or let it eat you alive and spend your life asking what if consequently never opening yourself up to the love and happiness that could be.

Yeah, he most likely doesn't care if he is worried about buying some condoms to fuck someone else. That's so sad, that that's all he cares about. He should be by your side but I guess he really doesn't have the same feelings for you anymore. I'm sorry you have to have been with someone like that. You deserve better. You should just go out and find another man now because it's most likely going to be completely over with you two. And even if you tried working things out he doesn't care much if he has been looking for condoms.
