Acidic downstairs

So everytime my boyfriend eats me ou5, his mouth gets sore. Even if it was for just a few minutes. I'm assuming my ph is off or something but I don't know how to fix it! It's also smelly (at least to me) and I'm not sure if it's normal. I tried to do everything but douching cuz I guess that can mess up pH and make things worse. HELP!!

Is he complaining about a soreness like his face gets raw or one where his "muscles" are tired. If his face goes raw, It's not because of your acidity. It's more likely stubble. Do you shave? If yes, concider cleaning up the hairs before things get frisky and see if this helps. But to answer your question, your vagina smell and taste is mostly a reflection of your diet. Eat less (not cut out) carbs, dairy, and meat. Eat more fruits and veggies. Lemons, pineapples and apple cider vinegar are friends.

look for a good probiotic. the best ones I've found are at the health food store kept refrigerated. if they don't need refrigeration, they aren't as good as the probiotics are dead. but if you find the live ones, they work amazing for balancing your ph. it will usually say "for vaginal health" right on the bottle

lemons, pineapple, and ACV all give me MAD heartburn so I usually stay away from those. it's definitely not a stubble problem. thanks for the advice!! :)

Try a Summer's eve wash in the shower and take a daily probiotic and lots of yogurt! Everyone is different. Food has a lot to do with it. For instance if I eat a lot of garlic or onions......😜 lol

Alkaline tablets 😊 they're used for UTI's ( urinary tract infections) also so it doesn't hurt when you pee

I use the summers eve feminine wash for sensitive skin and it makes it smell so much better and makes me feel fresh and clean! :)

I tried that and the wipes before we do stuff. it usually helps, but not for the acidity I guess

I've heard that putting apple cider vinegar in the bath helps but I've never tried it😬

Has he mentioned anything about your smell?

He hasn't but I feel like it's maybe stronger than some women's smell. I'm not sure
