3cm..contractions..no baby yet

I have felt weird all day. Woke up saying todays the day . We went for a walk ate some pineapple went to the beach and by the time we came home I was contracting every 15 minutes or so and was feeling pressure. I used the br and noticed I had blood streaked mucus . Contractions started every 3-5 now at labor and delivery and I was dilated to a 3 but sent home after an hour. Ughh. Still having contractions at home but there all about a 2-4 (1-10 scale).
