So I don't know if I'm being irrational or what, but I'm just looking for some advice or just some 'hey this has happened to me too no worries' because I feel like I'm just blowing this out of proportion.

So I'm no novice to sex, but due to a recent surgery I've had to stop my birth control pills. My partner and I do still use a condom everytime but I'm still being so paranoid about something happening. No breaks, tears, leaks or anything has happened and we use the condoms with spermicide on it as well. So I guess I'm just wondering, does anyone else have panics even if their birth control has been fine? (Also doesn't help period time is creeping up so I'm panicking more even though I know it's my pms.) Thanks for any advice or comments.
