Advice Please!

Hey everyone, I am 7w 3D and for the last 2 nights I have been feeling some uncomfort in my lower stomach area. Last night it was a sharp stabbing and tonight it is just tense and achy. Nothing during the day, only at night. I am also only slightly nauseous at night as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance and lots of baby dust!!
