Bleeding at 36 Weeks

I had light period-like bleeding last night, seems to be tapering off now. No sign of my mucus plug just yet. I don't think this was mucus-y enough to be my bloody show. I'll call my OBGYN to check in, but I'm wondering if anyone has had this shortly before labor?
