Would you go to a concert alone?

I'm 19 years old and I'll be 20 in January. I've never done anything exciting with my life yet. My favorite group is coming to my town in October and my favorite singer is coming in December. No one in my family likes them and I have no friends to go with. Would it be weird if I go alone? My mom always tells me I don't have the life of a 19 year old so I'm new to this! Would you go?

If you feel comfortable in the area you're in yes!! I love spending time by myself. I try and treat myself at least once every few weeks! Dinner movie nails anything! Alone time is always nice and if you wanna see them do it!!

Go!! Live it up, enjoy the show. Don't take drinks from strangers and pass up the dope if you see it come across where you're standing. Stay sober in order to stay safe if you go alone. I've been all sorts of places alone, the key is not to make yourself a target. Maybe check in with friend or family periodically...

Don't miss out on experiences and fun while waiting for other people. Gotta get out there and enjoy your life. If I waited for someone to be by my side for travels and other experiences I wouldnt have some of the friends and bucket list items checked off that I do today!

Lol a couple years ago I went and saw fall out boy by myself. One of my older cousins drove and I brought my younger cousin and she got in for free because security was like "here, no one claimed this will-call ticket" so for the actual concert we were separate. I was in the pit and she was in the seats behind me and we were both fine. Honestly it's probably one of the most "rebellious" things we've done and her mom didn't even know (it was also out of state) until recently 😂😂😂 I say go for it, especially if it's your favorite band/artist.  I'm 19 now and I wouldn't have any problem with it but remember to be mindful of your surroundings and if you get weird vibes don't ignore them. Always better to be safe than sorry.
