Are this bumps ingrown hair?

So I have this pumps before I gave birth. Does anyone know how can they come off? Or are they ingrown hairs, the razor I use? I haven't worn any shots it's pretty embarrassing!

They look like keratosis pilaris, I would try exfoliating and moisturizing often. It could also be a sign of a milk or wheat allergy.

I have really sensitive skin... I get stuff like that if I use certain lotions or shaving creams...ect. Destin... Like baby rash ointment the white kind works... It feels gross & looks horrible when u put it on so I would do it at night or when you are chilling at home lol! But it should go away in a day or so. Unless its something else...  Is it only on your legs?

If you've been having them for a while, I would try changing your diet. I used to get these all the time, and it turned out to be because of a gluten allergy. If they're just now showing up out of nowhere, they're probably nothing serious

looks like a heat rash. you said you haven't been wearing shorts... I would suggest looser fitting pants (if I wear yoga pants too often I get these) basically something that's breatheable

Looks like razor burn. Put coconut oil on legs and use a new razor.

Are they raised? Do they itch? Are they painful? I would suggest you make an appointment with a dermatologist regardless.
