Insecure feelings

I see all these women so happy about there pregnant bodies. I wish I felt that way. All I keep hearing is your gonna get huge, you nose is gonna get so big and stuff like that. I can never find anything that fits me n looks cute yet. N this baby of mine is doing crazy things to my face n hair. Anyone else feeling this way or is everyone in love with their baby bump bodies?
