Pre-seed

I don't really check my cp regularly but I try to check my CM, at least during my fertile week. I never really notice a difference though, so I'm not sure if I even produce ewcm or if I just don't check enough so wouldn't know the difference at all. Anyways, I've got preseed for the first time and my fertile week starts tomorrow. Do I use this every time I plan to Bd during my fertile week? And the most important days would be the day I get my positive opk and the two days after that? I'm also taking 400 mg of coq-10 everyday starting this cycle.
