When do you feel its important to set up for baby?

Im 22 weeks just wanting everyones opinions on when its important to have all the big stuff? (Crib, carseat, ect) Im keeping in mind I have placenta previa meaning early labor is possible! I have nothing but a swing & a few outfits. Kinda feeling under prepared.

I was due July 7th, I had my baby shower on June 12th.. And here she came on June 17th early!!! I regret waiting so long to have my shower and finally start putting things together.. Like honestly the day I brought her home from the hospital is the day the bassinet was put together and now with hubby working 12-14 hrs days and Mackenzie being breastfed I don't have the time or energy to do anything in the nursery let alone shower lol

Whenever you feel like it! I went shopping early, set up the nursery at 30 weeks. But honestly when you feel like you have the energy and inspiration do it! Third trimester exhaustion is no joke lol.

I had got the crib and some decor for the nursery early on, at about 20 weeks. I had my shower at 28 weeks and have been washing clothes, building the bassinet, etc since then. My hospital bag and diaper bag have been packed since 34 weeks and I just put them in my car at 37 weeks. My father in law owns a furniture business so he is bringing us the crib mattress and rocker when he comes to visit when baby is born since they live 6 hours away. Those are the last pieces I'm missing and it's been driving me nuts but I can't say anything lol you do everything at your own pace. You'll be glad once everything is ready and you're just waiting for baby. I'm a first time mom so I had to get everything together early.

No your not I was the same way I had my baby shower at 35 weeks then I got the rest of the things I needed after that
