Depression

So I've been on this roller coaster for a while now. I've seen therapists. It stays up & down. Recently I thought I was doing good but then suddenly it hits me 10X worse. I finally got around to making an appointment for medication. It's not for a couple weeks and every day closer to the appointment it's also like I'm that much closer to not even making it to the appointment. I don't know how to live anymore.
