Bacterial Vaginsos

I'm thinking I have this. I've already been on antibiotics twice for a UTI and I'm still having symptoms. It's either this or a yeast infection but I see to have symptoms more relatable to BV. My questions are, what can I do to relieve the symptoms until I can go back in to see my doctor, and is this a life time thing now where I'm always going to get this infection?
