Cystic acne

Do you have it? I do. At times can become painful and itchy. Hubby and I have been trying to conceive for OVER 3 years. Doctors say I do not have pcos (which I thought may be causing the cystic acne) I'm now worried I still have some sort of hormonal imbalance that's keeping us from getting pregnant as they can't find anything else that would be interfering as of now (still have to get Fallopian tubes checked though) so my questions are:
