Nausea Medication

So I went to my Dr and they gave me a medication that is in category A called Diclegis and all it is is vitamin b6 and unisom. Has anyone else used this medication if so when did you feel it best to take and how often. I can't seam to get my dosage down and I have been approved for the maximum dosage. Thank you guys.
