New symptoms... thoughts or advice?

Im 38w2d, within the last 24hrs, I can count 3 different times when my heart suddenly started pounding, felt like anxiety but w/out being anxious. Yesterday while at work just sitting at my desk I became very dizzy two different times, thought I was going to pass out. Pounding heart again this morning while laying in bed waking up and then super super cloudy pee. Any thoughts on these random new symptoms?
