Less movement pre labor?

I'm having some prelabor symptoms, diarrhea for the past 3 days, colostrum leaking (which I never had with my previous 2 pregnancies), more pressure in my abs so baby might have dropped. Baby is also moving less. I still do feel her off and on throughout the day so I'm not terribly worried about it, but it is a noticeable decrease, just wondering if this is normal or if she might be coming soon? My dr cancelled my appt yesterday due to emergency surgery so I don't see him until Monday, haven't had a cervical check yet so i have no clue if there's any progress.
