Diarrhea Cramps

For the past few days I've been having what feels like diarrhea cramps. My bowel movements are normal, though. The cramping really feels like it's in my stomach and not my abdomen (pains are at the top of my bump). I am at 21 weeks- no blood or anything and baby is still moving like crazy! I am just getting over a stomach bug so I figured it's the remnants of that but the pains were pretty awful last night.  Anyone else experience anything like this?
