Delivery

So I was curios since this is my first child. I have been having some very odd symptoms and under my belly button I felt like my baby was trying to reach through me practically. About a week ago I had some very odd discharge that I wasn't sure what it was. I have had some Braxton hicks or that's what my mil thought they were. And I also have some confusion about what my true due date is... my last period was Januray 21st and my baby is already turned upside down with his head facing my spine please just help me figure out what is going on with me...
