Is this PPD?

I have so many emotions going on its crazy. BUT THE MAIN ONE IS IM SUCH A BITCH, im so Rude Mean Negative everything. & im taking it all out on my SO. I have no filter on the things i say now, like i just feel so over him i dont want anything to do with him. Even though he is he most helpful person ever and doesnt mind me going off on him hes still here dealing with me. I litterally am a walking time bomb. Everything makes me mad. I get so mad i cry. I was never like this and i dont know how to deal with it.
