Ugh I'm Freaking Out Help Me😩

My last period was on June 16th. My boyfriend and I didn't have any sex after my period ended, we have never had penetrative, vaginal sex before. But then on July 2nd, after he fingered me pretty hard which I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, I was bleeding pinkish, goopy, EWCM discharge. I was FREAKING out it was implantation bleeding. I bled only for about a day and a half very lightly and it was just weird. I ovulated from June 27th-July 2nd. What the heck was this? My period is supposed to be here in 4 days. My breasts hurt like they always do before my period and I seem to be PMSing but I'm still really really scared.
