26 weeks & urge to squeeze breast

Hey ladies I'm exactly 26 weeks pregnant. I know this is TMI but my boobs have been leaking since week 20 but around week 24 I've been feeling this urge to squeeze my breast. I know it's weird but, my boob  will be hurting out of now where & it won't feel better until I squeeze it & clear fluidcomes out. It's never happened to both my boobs at the same time it's just one at a time. Does this happen to any one else? It scares me sometimes. 😥
