when your boss only trusts you out of

The whole group of women you work with.

I killed myself when I first started months ago to prove I was trustworthy and reliable and turns out the other women like to quit and call in very often so who would save the day?! Me.

NOW she knows 110% I'm reliable which on one hand is great I'm getting full time because of it! But on the other its dreadful having to tell her over and over not to schedule me for a week straight. She promised she'd pay closer attention when making the schedule but for some reason I feel it'll happen again.

Part of me wishes she would trust some of the other girls too so I could have some time off.. I don't mind full time but I cannot do these continuous nights anymore.. Especially when I have a 18 month old who needs me more.

Anyone else basically a workaholic and/or have a needy boss?! Share your stories!
