Pregnant and Moving!?!?

So quick backstory...
My husband and I decided earlier this year we were ready for another baby. We got our lives together and began trying. About a month ago my husband got a promotion which involved us needing to move. Then a week later we found out we were pregnant. We are over the moon about both things!!

However, now we're concerned how much "moving" I am going to be able to do. By the time we move I will be starting my second trimester. We have movers packing up our truck, but it's up to us to unload it.

Any suggestions on what we should do to keep me safe, yet still being able to help?

Don't overdo it. I'd pack the boxes but make my husband move them. And rest if you're tired.

I just moved across the country at 35 weeks pregnant! I was obviously very little help other than packing/carrying a few very light boxes. If there isn't anyone to help you unload at your new location, definitely hire someone!

I just moved a month or so ago when I was 17-18 weeks. It really wasn't any issue! I packed everything into boxes and carried down small ones, my SO carried the big ones and I had my uncle help as well for a bit. I was able to help just as much as I would've been if I wasn't pregnant, lol.

Just don't lift anything over 10 pounds and stay hydrated.
