Terrified

So I just learned this morning I am expecting. I lost it. I cried my heart out at work. My fiancé and I are planning a wedding for July next year and now that is off. I was pregnant in January but lost the baby. I am so scared I can't do it. I'm scared to take away attention from my other 2 kids I am just kinda lost by the way I was using the Nuvaring which didn't work obviously. He supports us having the baby and say we will make it but I'm still scared. Our youngest will be one in August our oldest is 9 . Sorry I'm just venting 😭😭😭
