I need her to come out! Come out! Come out! Come out!

I seriously need this child to come out of me. This is my 3rd daughter, and this pregnancy has been tolerable at best. Now I am just over it. My sugars are going over 200 so they've jacked up my insulin, which is now causing me to crash in the low 50's (once in the 40's). My hands are so swollen that they tingle and hurt. My neuropathy in my feet gets so bad I'm ready to cry. She was breech and very low, but then she flipped and now she's back in my ribs. Do you know how fun it is to have asthma and a child in your lungs? Super fun. I was 1cm dilated for weeks, but last Thursday the OB said I was completely closed again, probably from her going high and not pushing on it. 

I've been good all pregnancy. I gave up sodas and caffeine, I ate high protein and low carb (diabetic) without any treats. I exercised and rested. Now I need her to cooperate!! 😫
