It's not dangerous, but depending on the severity it could be more painful. Massage, chiropractic and yoga help with managing discomfort and help to correct it. Start doing things to help with it before you get pregnant and then you can keep doing them when you get pregnant

Depends how severe. For some people it's fine and not dangerous but for others it's really dangerous and they are advised not to get pregnant. Talk to your doctor about you specifically and the risks involved and everything you need to know that could effect you and the baby
