Am I wrong here ?

 My mothers has a history of gambling and fraud. When I was 17 my mom signed papers for me to go away to the military. Fast forward I had to be discharged I come home to a bill being opened up in my name and not being paid. I confronted her about it and she got upset because I found out I made her aware she had a certain amount of time to pay the bill before I took legal action. Soon as my 18th birthday my mom wanted me to give her a certain amount each month and I could not give her that amount but I could help some with the odds and ends around the house she didn't like that and had given me 30 days to get out. I left but told her she didn't have anymore time left to pay the bill so I took legal action and the bill was finally removed from my name. My mother and I have not communicated in a good manner in about a year and I'm pregnant now. I told my 3 siblings and my moms ex boyfriend(we still speak with him, he's been around us for 8 years) I made everyone aware I did not want her around me and she would not be invited to anything I was having for my baby. My moms ex goes to say I'm being disrespectful because I don't want her around. Given the back end I feel I have a right to not want her to be around she has even gone to say that she doesn't 'mess' with me like that. I know this is long and who ever has read it and will comment with some advice I gratefully appreciate it.
