Folic acids and -prenatels with a side of working out
So I am 9 weeks and 1 days as of today!!! I'm so excited and thrilled. The last couple of weeks I've literally
Loss weight. 7 pounds to be exact. Doesn't really have me to worried, because I know I'll pick it back up once the second trimester starts. But, the dr has me on a lot of vitamins since our Miscarrage before. They included 1600 mg of folic acids along with my prenatal vitamins.
The only problem is now since we are further ahead, digesting them is becoming a issue. I take either or and a few minutes later I'm in the bathroom puking them back up before my body has time to absorb any of it. Which has me freaking out. I've tried taking them in the morning, afternoon and evening hours. With food, water milk etc. nothing seems to help.
So at this point any ideas would be awesome. I'm also really into getting back into my excessive routein. But getting up and moving has been out of the questions. Any motivation for that as well. (Ps my son is obsessed with taking pictures of my belly growth)
