Hemmorhoid treatment PSA

At 38 weeks pregnant I developed my first ever hemorrhoid, and searched here and Google for possible remedies. I wanted to do anything to avoid going into labor already having one! After using preparation h and tucks (witch hazel) pads for a few days, with no reduction in size, I asked my doctor at my weekly appointment and she recommended Balneol cream as pictured (and actually suggested stopping with the tucks pads because they can dry out the skin which can be counterproductive). Within a couple hours it has already shrunk the hemorrhoid a fair amount! You just put a little on TP and wipe to apply. I couldn't not share since this worked so well for me and I never saw it recommended in any forums I found online.
