Itchiness

So I have been super itchy for probably close to 2 1/2 months down there. No abnormal discharge, or smell. No bumps.. occasionally red. Made a gyn appointment but can't get in until July 28th the nurse told me to take monistat 3 day, I did that I felt like it helped after the first day but I was still itchy. Called nurse back she put me on diflucan and that did absolutely nothing. What could possibly be wrong? It's been depressing me and making me so uncomfortable with my body.
