Best highlighter and make up pallets!?

Anybody know any good highlighters and contour pallets. (Drug store brands included.)

Anastasia Beverly Hills just came out with a bunch of new highlighter palettes 😍 they're amazing. And good contour is the Nyx pallete. Honestly just buying a dark and light foundation is so much cheaper and better to use!

I've heard the new highlighters from wet n wild are amazing but I haven't tried them yet. That brand is super cheap and a lot of their products are cruelty free! I've also heard the e.l.f contour palette be compared to high end brands, that brand is also crazy cheap, cruelty free and some products are vegan! The only store I've been able to get elf products around me are target. But you can get it online or online with Ulta now too

Although I can't think of the name there a highlighter I've had at Walmart that looks like a bunch of bumps. I really like it, I don't have it anymore but still.. Lol if you see it you would know what I'm talking about
