Severe back pain??

Hi, so I have the copper IUD and I have had the most HORRIBLE lower back pain for the past three days. I'm usually no wuss to pain, but if I don't take Tylenol or time it right, the pain is so bad I feel like I may faint. Could this be an IUD related issue or should I just go to the ER? I know you're not doctors, but some advice would help.
