Hormonal acne

I have finally narrowed down the cause of my acne to be my period :( My skin comes so close to being clear and starting to heal and then the week of my period comes and it's horrible! They just keep appearing and I work hard to try to take care of my skin with all different types of natural cleansers and oils. Should I just go to a dermatologist? I feel like that will never happen 😓
