Werid things going on inside

Ok ladys so for the past 2 weeks ive been having weird problems. Out of no where i woke up with a upset stomach and diarrhea, i felt sick all day thought i just got a stomach virus well a couple days after that i was constipated bad but i was starving all day (no matter how much i ate) Well the next day i felt sick again and still constipated but went i did go it was soft. (Not hard like i figured it be for being constipated that long) well now my lower back hurts and im having cramp like pain. It getting so bad i cant sleep at night.. Ive tried stool softener, milk of magnesium, and "fishing it out" (so nasty) mydol, pain releif sleeping pills, and asprin but still nothing has helped with this discomfort.. Any idea on what could be going on and how to help ease the discomfort
