weight loss!!
hey! so I've been trying really hard to shed a few lbs bc while I am more on the skinny side I would really like to get back to how I was. I had a thigh gap, skinnier arms, and a killer stomach. I've been working out like light cardio each morning and drinking lots of water, eating a fried egg and fruit in the morning, my carb source for lunch, and then something light like a salad or just cheese and crackers for dinner. Islam do weight training lightly at night. I just wanted to know if there's anything more I can do it if I'm doing pleanty
haha. I just really wanna not only lose the weight (like 7-8 lbs) but really start a healthier lifestyle. no hate please thanks!!
