How do I distract him from sex?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 5 months and we've had sex once. (Yes, it's really soon, but we've been best friends for 3, almost 4 years.) Anyway it was completely 100% unprotected. He wants to have sex more and he thinks it will help our relationship because we buttheads all day everyday. The thing is, he doesn't want me to go on birth control. He also doesn't want to buy the condoms. He does finger me and I Give him head often, but that isn't enough for him.
