Fundal height 39 weeks?

Question

Anyone with a small fundal height give birth to a big baby? I am 39 weeks and measuring at 34 weeks but my doc is not concerned and he says I'm probably gonna have a small  baby. I know fundal height isn't super accurate so I'm just curious about your guys' experience with it! Thanks!

My doctor says fundal height really isn't something to worry about, could just be the way your baby was laying

I had to go for bi-weekly growth scans because my fundal measurements were always multiple weeks behind schedule.

Baby was born today 6lb 11oz and 21 inches. Not a huge baby but not tiny either.

Same here, my baby is super low and they even did a growth scan to be sure and she's small, 29th percentile but all normal. I'm thinking it's probably the same for you and all will be well, especially if your dr doesn't seem concerned 🙂
