I can feel the IUD inside of me.

I just got the mirena iud Monday, during the procedure I wasn't on any pain medicine and it was very painful. I have been feeling nauseous every time I eat and sometimes I get cramps. But now I can actually feel it inside of me pushing against my uterus, is that normal? I'm scared it will move somewhere else into my body. I need to know if there is anything I should watch out for that could happen.
