Anyone else?

So anyways, I've had an irregular period from the get go. But now I am concerned because I went into an appointment to have my back and hips checked out and the doctor decided to poke around my tummy and stuff and right above my lady parts where he gently pressed I got sudden pains, like full on whimper and kinda jumped. I was told I needed to get checked adapt especially because I haven't had a period since early August 2015, so now it's been almost a year with no period. Is anyone else going through this, or have you gone through this or have any idea what it may be? I'm pretty healthy, I do work a very stressful job but I've been irregular since I was 11 and when I do get my period I have it for 2weeks-3weeks, very heavy bleeding like having to switch my tanpon any where from 30mins-1hour, and I get clots from the size of a quarter to the size of a golf ball. But now even without a period, I get cramping at times. Meanwhile while I wait to hear bout an appointment I'm reaching out for any info you may have. My mom had cervical cancer shortly after I was born, but they got it into remission.
