Could I have been pregnant?

Hey all, so I know I'm not pregnant but this is something that had been bothering me for a while. A couple months ago my boyfriend and I had sex and the condom broke, I didn't think much of it because I know stress would delay my period. I keep track of my period for medical reasons, and it is kind of irregular. However I'm never more than a couple days late. That time I was 3 weeks late, had sore nipples, a lot of white discharge which I don't usually experience, at least not that much of it. When my period finally came I was bleeding through super tampons for a couple days, which is really unusual for me. Could that have been my body miscarrying or just a really weird period? This might be really stupid to ask but i thought I might as well since I had nothing to lose.
