No signs/symptom??? 11wks

Has anyone else not had any s/s and almost out of the first trimester? No hint of showing yet either. Part of me feels lucky but another part of me feels as if I would some sort of constant validation our little baby is there. (Had an ultrasound last week, a good relief) I think ill feel more at ease when I see outward physical signs the baby is growing. Still feels sort of surreal. Anyone else feel this same way?
