Morning Wetness ??

okay does anyone else wake up in the morning super wet? it's like every single morning. I sleep with no pants & then when I wake up I just feel it super soaked down there. is that normal? i'm usually always somewhat wet throughout the day as well. usually it's like a watery liquid but sometimes I will have a milky white discharge
