Wanting to do in home care for one or two more kids

So I'm working a full time job now, but I will be staying home for a while after baby and I was thinking I could provide in home care for another child or two (nannied for 4 through high school and college). I feel competent taking care of multiple children. Any suggestions on how to go about this. Just one or two kids, nothing where I would need to be licensed as a daycare. Do you think women would be open to having someone with a newborn taking care of their baby and any suggestions on how to reach out to moms in my area?
