No longer TTC

We have a boy turning three in October and have been trying to conceive (TTC) since my IUD was removed in February. Yesterday my partner announced he isn't ready for another child. He's a stay at home dad while I work shift work in a career I love (Medical Laboratory Technologist). I'm heartbroken and incredibly angry. I didn't have a maternity leave with our first because my IUD had failed and I was still in school. I want a huge family, but was willing to stop at two (or three). My partner won't talk about it. What should I do?
