How to sleep comfortable?
I'm almost due (5 more weeks to go) and lately I just can't sleep good. I've been sleeping upright and its the most uncomfortable thing. I'm too scared to lay on my side because of all the pelvic pain I get. Every time (when I was laying on my side) I got up it hurt so bad I would cry. Basically my pelvic area felt like it was popping every single time I got up in the morning. No matter how slow I got up it hurt so bad. Does anyone else get this? Is there anything I can do about the pain so it doesn't hurt so much the next day? It feels so good going to sleep but the next day I feel like just chopping my whole bottom part off.
