Plan B - super concerned!!!!!

If you have like a period after taking plan b is this considered normal? I've saw lots of posts on here about women having a second period but I haven't had a one! I got my period 13 days after taking plan B but I'm just so scared incase it didn't work for me and I am in fact pregnant - can someone reassure me please... Thank you
